I have two videos, one prior to leaving the location and one returning, while I have not reviewed the billing at this moment, I will submit both videos depending on the billing. I returned the truck with a bit more fuel in it then when I got it, the cab while bearable was not really clean, the cargo area had not been cleaned or swept out as alluded to by the sticker on the dashboard. I do not blame legacy for having to drive over an hour to pick up the truck, I do hold accountable the two uhaul providers in demopolis al for not being able to provide any answers or a vehicle.

DANIEL BLocation is not big enough to pull into lot and hook up trailer and the lot with toy hauler was muddy and my personal vehicle had to winch the uhaul 26’ out and pull toy hauler out as well. NOT COOL!! Area manager was called to lot, he was unable with his to be of any service to get it ( toy hauler) out cause his truck would get stuck he said. Lot needs to more accessible and have gravel or asphalt
Patricia WThe trailer was parked in a grassy area should have some gravel added, it was muddy so a bit difficult to get the trailer out of the lot since we had a ton of rain the 2 days before I rented the trailer. The staff did say they were planning to put some gravel down soon.
