This location seemed sketchy (liquor store) and although I was able to reserve the truck earlier than establishment business hours my experience tells me otherwise and I was right. I called to confirm my order and found out from central res that the truck was not available unitl the place opened. I had to postpone my trip 3 hrs and had to reschedule my labor. Customer service called me back right away and generously made it right which was a huge surprise. I appreciated the low mileage 10' truck and everything went smooth after that.

Kimberly Mi was told i will be charged upon return based on the used mile but i was charged even before i left the store and no mile was checked no extra refund was made whether milage was lower or higher.
