Scott CThe text I got for the reservation, which I followed to the app, did not highlight or explain the steps I needed to take to complete the reservation. I have an Android phone if that helps. This delayed our pickup by 45 minutes.
BRIAN BWe mayyyybe drove the U-Haul 8 miles but I would be so shocked if it was even that far, and we were charged for 20 miles. I asked to see a receipt ahead of time because it seemed high but she said it would be emailed after. I watched her read the odometer so I trusted it was fine, but nope. Definitely got overcharged which is frustrating.

Clyde TYou have great office people. Trying to use the code outside to return to the truck was tricky in trying to answer the questions. Tough to get the app to accept the answers, but I think I finally got it right. It seems like taking a picture of the odometer and the showing the fuel gauge full should have be enough but I had to answer the questions again.

Anthony gTruck was clean for a U-haul used for moving. Experience of booking it, picking it up, taking the photos, dropping off was simple and quick. The only recommedation I have is for Uhaul to somehow track how many gallons of gas you consume so you know EXACTLY how much to refill it upon return instead of guessing and potentially over filling.

Yvens SI made a reservation through the website requesting two helpers and received a confirmation number, but they never showed up. The person who answered the phone had zero empathy. I’ve always done my moves with this company, but their website is terrible.
Rosario HI have rented twice from Lehi and I am very pleased with the service’s and the quality of the site and vehicles. The ladies in the office are excellent very knowledgeable nice and friendly. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.
LINDA PPlease move to a system where customers bring the trucks back full. Trying to predict exactly how much to put in to get it back to the the little line it was at when we checked out the truck is a pain in the rear.

ALVARO GThe zip tie on the dolly is not enough. I didn’t even use the dolly as we had 4 already. My nephew packed something and stepped on the zip tie and broke it which cost me money. There needs to be a better way
DAVID JI selected a pickup location in pleasant grove, the night before I got an email saying I needed to pickup in Lehi. I think they should have given me more miles for the inconvenience.
JESSICA HBoth of the women I interacted with were great! They were very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have had a better experience and they were the reason. I’m sorry that i do not know their names, but the first one was working on Thursday morning 3/19 when I picked up the truck. And she was there again when I dropped it off on Friday morning 3/20. Along with the other woman who checked me back in. Great customer service and demeanor. Highly recommend.
KRISTOFFER PFriendly staff, helpful good vehicle, The only disappointment I had was they couldn’t provide me with 2 doz furniture pads. Less then 10 was the best they could do. Reluctantly I made it work. So all in all it was okay experience. Would rent from this location again

DALE SI did not receive a gate code when returning the truck and was unable to return it to the designated area.
Mitch HHad minor dirt in cab and major dent in passenger side that was not marked. Took pics and attendant brought out new x sticker for it. The attendants were fantastic and great to deal with. Met my needs completely. Very clean facility. Will rent from them again. Truck was 26’ best I’ve ever used!

nasario SThey need to fix the self service drop off instructions. They give you the gate code once when you pickup and that’s it, so if you don’t remember or take a screenshot of the gate code then you get locked out when you try to return the truck. We had ended up having to park the truck in their storage parking spaces very confused in the dark.

Eric Sthe customer service at the Lehi location was great. I’m just a little disappointed about the “hidden fees” it’s advertised as $40 per day. I only had a local run and brought it back before the agreed time. However I was charged $145 and then another $37 for so called extra miles. I only went from Lehi to Bountiful and returned the truck to the Lehi location. I was under the impression that the 100 was like a deposit that would be refunded eventually. from $40 to getting a bill of $182, That’s pretty misleading.

RYJEL JThe woman at the front desk was phenomenal! She helped me out and made sure that I had the keys, the paper with the code, everything. But the rental company says there are no hidden fees and then slaps the shit out of you with them. My rental was priced 44.50 then when I got the receipt it was 81.88. They charged me for gas (which was still well within the line of where they wanted it). And then charged waaay more for mileage then I thought. Part of it was negligence on my part. But there was a lot the Service didn’t tell me about. Take pictures of EVERYTHING (mileage, vehicle, etc) cover your asses from the hidden fees
