Le camion réservé n'était pas disponible. Le fuel était à moitié.
Isabelle GTruck rental brought back, however driver informed clerk that the mileage indicated on rental form from pick-up location was wrong and showed photos as proof. Not accommodating and we were told to contact the facility where we rented to argue.....needless to say - after a long travel/moving day, we were exhausted and simply paid the extra cost to get the file closed and on our way. We were not going to drive back almost 2 hours to "discuss" wrong mileage at the start. All Uhaul rental facilities should help out customers no matter where pick-up/drop off. Would not recommend rental UHAUL to others.

João AGas gage was defective, showing the wrong reserve We had to call for service but it was too long we had to cancel it. We went ourself to get gasoline and this is how we confirmed gas gauge was defective big time

sylvie lTruck was not clean. The windshield washer was frozen and we had to bring it somewhere to get it changed that delayed our trip. U Haul can put proper fluid that doesn’t freeze. We were also supposed to pick up at a location close to our house and it got changed the day before. We had to drive further out of our way to pick up the truck.

BENOIT LPot holes and mud parking are the reasons for a low score. Véhicule had lots of dirt inside. It was not cleaned from last rental. Nonetheless, it was ready to go when we arrived. Transaction was simple.
Danny RFirst of all I returned the truck with approx 57-60KM of usage... they charged me for 60 Miles... I tried to call the place and they were extremely rude. Also to note the truck was not clean at least not the drivers area

J’avais choisi un pick up! de camion à st Jérôme et quand j’ai apellé on m’a dit que j’avais choisi un camion à Laval alors que ce n’était pas du tout le cas. J’ai dû faire la réservation au téléphone avec le service à la clientèle. De plus il n’y avait pas de diable dans mon camion

Alain PEmployees were friendly but due to a line at 10am on a Sunday it took almost an hour to get the truck. That's time taken from my 6 hours of usage and screwed up my schedule. This sounds like more of a management issue than an employee issue. When I say I wouldn't recommend this location, I only have a Sunday morning as an example. May they are properly staffed on a weekday.

Mireille GJe n’avais aucune idée que je devrais terminer ma réservation en ligne une fois rendue. J’ai eu de la difficulté à télécharger les photos de mon permis et ça m’a causé un brin de stress, et tout était en anglais…Si j’avais su, je l’aurais fait d’avance. Le retour c’est bien déroulé vu que c’était ouvert.

Jean-Yves BMinor Problem with the truck. ( starter and gearbox) The truck seems to be not reliable. I was afraid to stay stuck on the road Had to wait half an hour to get the truck. The truck was really dirty. The lady at the rental location was really helpful and cared to give me the best service.

Robert DMake sure you indicate proper fuel level. In the truck the fuel was lower that what indicated on the paper given to me. I put it back where it was. This could lead to misunderstanding and possibly frustration.
Stephane POn changer ma réservation dernière minutes, j’ai réservé 5 mois en avance un uhaul 24h mais on de la misère à me laisser 12h…. Anyway plusieurs autre affaires désagréable..
