ratchet strap mechanism were seized and had to be worked on by myself to get them to operate.u haul should be spraying this with some kind of lubricant to prevent this

Was not the location I planned. The location was closes so I couldnt call to changed it. The app was not working to do the drop off outside off opening time. Had a hard time to talk to someone to indicated that the truck was droped

The trailer was full of rust dust and it stained some of the furniture I was moving. I don’t even know if I will be able to clean this, they are really though stains to clean. Beside this, the service was excellent at this location.

My first time using.g phone pickup. It was new to me but eventually it fell into place. The second ID was a surprise. , call.a friend saved the day.

Uhaul experience a nightmare. Pick up location moved 30 km from the initial one. Ended up paying extra !!8 times trying to reach consumer service for a total 5 hours. Remote location for pick up . We were supposed to receive a code!!! No very complicated procedure not working properly. The app doesn’t work properly either. We managed after much difficulty to get the truck and move. At least they didn’t cancel. Bottomline worst consumer service and a scam of additional fees due to the fact they sent us very far to get the truck. DONT USE THEM

The u-haul app did not work properly. To complete my self-service, I had to delete the app and use a browser. The entire process of using the self-service option is lengthy and filled with bugs. The location did not have the equipment I requested in the truck, which I had need of. The truck had barely any gas! It is typical to have a full tank when you pickup a truck - this simplifies the moving process and easily allows a renter to return a truck with the same level of gas. Horrible experience overall.

I had to vacuum the truck bécasse there were crumbs on the seats and on the cabine floor. There were staples on the floor of the cargo area. I hurt my right hand while loading stuff in the truck. I also vacuumed the cargo area. Please fix the app. I was not able to complete pick up and return with the app. So I couldn’t update the mileage to reflect the real mileage. The rating is based on cleaned and the experience with mobile pickup. Otherwise driving the truck was great.

Very difficult to have access on the key. I don't receive a email with the instructions for the appli and the steps to have access at the truck. I lost a hour to talk to someone to help me. Not easy at all.

L’application n’est vraiment pas user friendly et fonctionne à moitié. J’ai du recommencer plusieurs fois pour louer le camion. Aucune aide disponible rapidement en français. ça ma pris plus de 30 minutes récupérer le véhicule. Il me manquait aussi un équipement (diable) que j’avais loué.

L'application Uhaul ne fonctionne pas bien, j'ai dû recommencé à plusieurs reprises parce que je n'arrivais pas à changer de page après avoir cliqué sur "continuer". J'ai finalement réussi à faire l'enregistrement via le site web en ligne.

First of all stop making charges that are not told a the begining of the rental. Also you should credit gas that was put in the truck by mistake because of your stuck gage.
