My reservation was modified without my consent, for a later hour that was causing a problem. With the help of a agent we managed to get a another truck but the milage was double from the original. It took us about 1h30 to be able to get the truck with the app, website and some help from customer service. Also the truck was 5 ft smaller than it was supposed to be in the original, the milage was minimum doubled and the cost was way higher than it was supposed to be, by you guys fault and lost a lot of time because the app and website was blank plus the custumer service didnt want to give us the code, they needed the contact info of a total of 4 people to finally be able to get the code and talk to 3 different person.
