When ever we return , we need to fill gas at same stop UHaul , there is no lock on fuel nozzle , we need to keep press and then gas spill over a lot , I complain about this and second third when I took on rent ,same issue Gas spill over during filling up gas in truck , I almost lost 5 dollars each time fuel gas

Norman RTrucks should always be full on gas like a car rental. Picking up a truck witb 1/4 tank is super annoying. How do i know how much gas to put in without "overfilling".... The truck has a "check engine" light on. Were is driving a long distance ..that would worry me. Seevice at this location was really good.

Brett BTrailer needed maintenance and possibly a new hitch, rode very rough and was bouncing most of the time.
Kaitlin DI did have a minor difficulty with the right hand fender of the dolly rubbing on the tire as a result of the bracket becoming detached but was able to resolve it with the assistance of another person. This was reported upon return of the unit and I am sure it will be addressed.

The cargo box of the truck was full is dead dry grass, sand and gravel. I have photos. This vehicle should never have been sent out on the road in this condition.

Isaac BMy experience was average. I made my reservation and payment through the app at the quoted price. However, when I went to the U-Haul office to complete the process, the employee tried to charge me additional fees that were not shown in my reservation or in the app. I noticed the difference and told him those charges were not correct. He didn't seem happy that I questioned the charges and his attitude changed. When I tried to show him the price on the app to clear up the misunderstanding, he refused to look at it. In the end, he agreed to charge me the correct amount, but the customer service was disappointing. U-Haul should be more transparent about its pricing and treat customers with more respect.
