Isaac BMy experience was average. I made my reservation and payment through the app at the quoted price. However, when I went to the U-Haul office to complete the process, the employee tried to charge me additional fees that were not shown in my reservation or in the app. I noticed the difference and told him those charges were not correct. He didn't seem happy that I questioned the charges and his attitude changed. When I tried to show him the price on the app to clear up the misunderstanding, he refused to look at it. In the end, he agreed to charge me the correct amount, but the customer service was disappointing. U-Haul should be more transparent about its pricing and treat customers with more respect.

Jesus MNo one was there to help me attach the trailer, the line up took almost an hour for me to get the trailer, I was charged a cleaning fee when the trailer was clean upon return. I think I was charged because we parked the trailer in a different space then it was picked up from, which when I let me know it was returned he seems upset about. Nothing was said about having to check the trailer over, just that he would check it back in. Not happy at all.

Rannie LMissing a chain to tie down the car on the tow dolly , the ratchet straps were so rusty they barely worked, trailer seemed a little sketchy but got the job done, the owners were nothing but the best and I will be renting from them again, dolly just needs some maintenance

Gordon PMy only hitch was filling out the information correctly on the app, but once I did that, the whole process was really smooth. I will totally use the U-Haul app next time again! I also appreciated a U-Haul representative calling me in advance and leaving a message on my phone because I was unable to answer my phone the day before pickup. I also received emails with updates and info that was helpful.

(My original booking to collect a truck at another location earlier the day was a disaster. I arrived there and found out that the truck I had booked was already rented out 4 days prior for two weeks and they could not help me! This occurred on a very busy weekend at the start of the summer school break so no other trucks similar available)
John HI couldn't return the truck on time, I called u haul to let them know, but the Manager of this store i a very rude person, slut shamed me over the phone and in person was very rude too, please be aware.

I had already made the reservation on the app, and I just stopped by to confirm the details in person before picking up the truck, but he kept telling me to use the app and said that if I had any more questions, I should contact customer service.

Darold NPlease honor your guarantee that a vehicle would be available at my chosen location rather than informing me the day before that I would need to travel across town to collect it. While I was provided with 25km additional mileage, that was not what I consider following your stated 'guarantee ' on your web page and brochures.
