Weldon HI was late retuning the u hall, has troubles coming back. My own vehicle had a tire blow out due to big chunks of ice on the road, so I was delayed had to spend a night out on the road and buy a new tire. The u-hall was okay
Darcia PThe man was helpful to hook it up and take it off that’s the only good thing I can say it was a very dirty unit inside and out the lock seemed to be difficult to open and close every time I opened it I got covered in dry mud every other u haul place has clean equipment not this one and I haven’t received my refund he said he sent it but it hasn’t shown on my credit card would not deal with this location again . The initial person who rented it to me was rude and short poor customer service . The only good thing I will say is the man was helpful. This is overcrowded location and not very much room to maneuver the cargo trailer to put it back . I’d be investigating this location if I was a u haul company . I’m not impressed that I haven’t received my refund and upon booking I should have been told I needed a 4 pin adapter for this to work on my vehicle I’ll never go back nor use uhaul again . The booking ladies were wonderful out of the Calgary office . 5 stars for them and their customer service is the best I’ve experienced in this new era . They deserve the good review .

Jeffrey MPrevious user had left auto trailer tie down rachets full of mud gravel and grit to the point one was totally siezed and other side was in very bad shape. Owner was informed. Next time I will check out more carefully before accepting.

David MThe service was awful. Well actually, there was no service. I showed up to pick up a trailer. Once the individual completed the documents, including payment, he pointed out the window and said take that trailer. The hitch was laying on the ground so I had to retrieve a jack to lift it up and place it onto my hitch. I should also mention because this was at a gas station location. He continued to make the clients coming in for gas. The priority took me approximately 30 minutes to get the transaction complete.

Nishank RUnit was not cleaned on the exterior, making inspection more difficult. Tires on this unit are roadworthy, on the rear axle there is worn out steering tires, absolutely zero traction. This is Canada, at a bare minimum good all seasons are required. Wheel nuts were loose on the rear passenger side tire, dislocation did not have a wrench to re-torque them. I had to go to a local tire shop across the city, and have them re-torqued. The owner of the shop, did his best to have the unit ready for us. He was very courteous.
Thomas SAlthough the first vehicle transport I picked up had a problem that could not be corrected quickly and resulted in a significant delay to my travel plans, the operator made the equipment swap quickly and was very considerate and apologized for the delay. I have rented from this location on many occasions and appreciate the efficiency and excellent customer service i receive on each and every rental and will continue to given them my business and recommend them to my family and friends. In short Great Service and professional staff!
David KKeep your prices fair! We rented a U-Haul 6 weeks before and it was almost half the price of the trip back!! I don’t care that you have too many trucks in a location, it should cost the same any time of the year, it’s was exactly the same distance. Also, if you want to pay me for my time, I’ll drive some of the trucks from Coleman back to Lethbridge, lol

Dale BNotify customers that they need or may need a 4 pin trailer light adapter when they book the rental. The ones they made me buy in store are absolutely garbage and instantly broke. They where way over priced as well.. I could have bought 3 good ones for the price of one absolutely crappy one at the u haul store. The one they sold me was probably 25 cents on wish. Also I tried to call the store before picking up my trailer and they didn’t answer the phone or call back. That was frustrating.
