The ugly chinese man at the FAST GAS location in Lethbridge was AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER EVER RENT FROM THIS TERRORIST!

John GOpening hours were somewhat limited which required us to rush to drop the trailer off on time. Otherwise we would have been stuck with the trailer for two extra days due to the long weekend.
Nicolas Hthe people i dealt with were excelent.The person i talked to on the phone in Surrey was a flat cold jerk. I will never use Uhaul again if I can help it.I reserved this trailer in dec 2025 to have a pick up near my home and uhaul couldnt even manage that.I ended up driving a 4 hour return trip costing me 100 dollars and lost half my day.I was given extra days in compensation which were useless to me.NEVER AGAIN!
GEOFFREY GThe van seats were covered in what seemed like dog hair and it smelled weird. In the cargo section, someone previously had spilled sugar plus the wet weather made the floor wet which of course became sticky and we had to put our personal belongings on top of that.
Krista PDid get a flat tire but after we reached our destination! We replaced it and hope to get reimbursed for the tire!

Gerrard OI paid 140$ for a U-Haul that was advertised at 20$ a day. I had it for four hours. To get one load and bring it to the dump. It’s the most I ever paid for a U-Haul. Any other time I got the biggest one that is 50$ a day to move a house with 6 rooms within 24 hours and paid less. I feel ripped off. I also got put back a half hour because they refused to use my card because they told me it was pre paid it doesn’t work even though I used the same card every other time I needed a u haul. Wouldn’t even try it just refused. I wasn’t being rude, but I was confused as to why I just couldn’t use my card, so I had to go get my dad to help wasting my time, and with the U-Haul that I only had a four hour window with. Not happy
Justin WAbsolute terrible experience. Please have a U-Haul rep reach out to me. I had a guaranteed reservation for a 6 x 12 trailer and it wasn’t available which caused a massive inconvenience in my day because we have to do multiple trips with a smaller trailer. Owner is an ass, doesn’t care, and lot looks like a junkyard.

Fredrick BWhy so expensive. I had the van for two hours and put on forty km. I topped up the fuel for eleven dollars and it still cost me eighty some for the van. I feel ripped off and cheated.

Weldon HI was late retuning the u hall, has troubles coming back. My own vehicle had a tire blow out due to big chunks of ice on the road, so I was delayed had to spend a night out on the road and buy a new tire. The u-hall was okay
Darcia PThe man was helpful to hook it up and take it off that’s the only good thing I can say it was a very dirty unit inside and out the lock seemed to be difficult to open and close every time I opened it I got covered in dry mud every other u haul place has clean equipment not this one and I haven’t received my refund he said he sent it but it hasn’t shown on my credit card would not deal with this location again . The initial person who rented it to me was rude and short poor customer service . The only good thing I will say is the man was helpful. This is overcrowded location and not very much room to maneuver the cargo trailer to put it back . I’d be investigating this location if I was a u haul company . I’m not impressed that I haven’t received my refund and upon booking I should have been told I needed a 4 pin adapter for this to work on my vehicle I’ll never go back nor use uhaul again . The booking ladies were wonderful out of the Calgary office . 5 stars for them and their customer service is the best I’ve experienced in this new era . They deserve the good review .

Jeffrey MPrevious user had left auto trailer tie down rachets full of mud gravel and grit to the point one was totally siezed and other side was in very bad shape. Owner was informed. Next time I will check out more carefully before accepting.
