The only thing was why my friend was rejected when nothing was wrong don’t get it. It’s crazy that a warning was permitted over absolutely nothing.
Chad ZSone uhaul policies like the use of debit cards qith major credit cards logo's were not accepted locally as was indicated to be acceptable by the uhaul email.

(My original booking to collect a truck at another location earlier the day was a disaster. I arrived there and found out that the truck I had booked was already rented out 4 days prior for two weeks and they could not help me! This occurred on a very busy weekend at the start of the summer school break so no other trucks similar available)
John HI couldn't return the truck on time, I called u haul to let them know, but the Manager of this store i a very rude person, slut shamed me over the phone and in person was very rude too, please be aware.

I had already made the reservation on the app, and I just stopped by to confirm the details in person before picking up the truck, but he kept telling me to use the app and said that if I had any more questions, I should contact customer service.

Darold NPlease honor your guarantee that a vehicle would be available at my chosen location rather than informing me the day before that I would need to travel across town to collect it. While I was provided with 25km additional mileage, that was not what I consider following your stated 'guarantee ' on your web page and brochures.

CLARENCEH BWe went to three different locations to actually find one that had what we had asked for online. If the product is not actually at the location that was reserved online it would be nice to know that before we drove all over Lethbridge and out of town to find out it wasn’t there. This particular location did have it , thankfully , but we did not know that for sure til the day of pick up. Confirmation of specified requested product would be nice.
Laurie NMy reservation for truck was for 10:00 am p/u. I arrived at 9:40 am only to have to wait in line until 11:00am. U-haul reservation system issues caused long delays, not impressed 😒
Peter PIt should be a full tank on both ends of the transaction. Not some random amount of fuel that the client has to guess to hit. And then be accosted by some employee that it isn’t enough fuel. Absolute nonsense of a policy. Completely unprofessional.
