Morgan LNo service was provided by staff. No jack to lift the trailer tongue up was provided. I had to request one. No instruction on how to use jack was offered. I had to request assistance to hook up trailer. It took me 30 minutes to ask on several occasions for assistance. If some help was offered, I could have been out of there in 5 minutes. I would not recommend this location.

Hunter GDropped off late last-night. Parked and locked doors, I had no pad lock for the cargo door to be locked.
Lacey CCheckout process was efficient. Its a good idea to reserve online, as some people that day were walking in to get a Uhaul and it took a bit of time for them to complete the process and get their rental. The site was well organized, efficient and truck was clean and ready to go. A good experience renting here.
James WTrailer had no trailer brakes that worked. When i dropped it off the guy said there isn’t anything that anyone can do about it and yet i paid full price.
Dustin BBooking and pickup went smoothly, location had trailer already hooked up and waiting which was very helpful. Truck had some broken rails inside which we were not able to include pictures during pickup but we did take pictures prior to loading. The rails should probably be repaired before someone gets stuck from the broken pieces.
David LUsed this Uhaul rental place many times this year.Its great! Has everything u need on site! Every size of uhaul and towing needs . Even fuel. Easy check in and return . They Cleary explained my rental bill to me.Effortless rental. Great experience at lethbridge Gas plus.
JAIME DAlthough I did an after hours drop off, the person who runs the uhaul at this location still listened to me when I explained about the pickup location forgetting the utility dolly. They were busy wrapping up their night, but still took time to listen and help direct where I needed to drop the keys off and park the truck.

John GOpening hours were somewhat limited which required us to rush to drop the trailer off on time. Otherwise we would have been stuck with the trailer for two extra days due to the long weekend.
Nicolas Hthe people i dealt with were excelent.The person i talked to on the phone in Surrey was a flat cold jerk. I will never use Uhaul again if I can help it.I reserved this trailer in dec 2025 to have a pick up near my home and uhaul couldnt even manage that.I ended up driving a 4 hour return trip costing me 100 dollars and lost half my day.I was given extra days in compensation which were useless to me.NEVER AGAIN!
GEOFFREY GThe van seats were covered in what seemed like dog hair and it smelled weird. In the cargo section, someone previously had spilled sugar plus the wet weather made the floor wet which of course became sticky and we had to put our personal belongings on top of that.
Krista PDid get a flat tire but after we reached our destination! We replaced it and hope to get reimbursed for the tire!

Gerrard OI paid 140$ for a U-Haul that was advertised at 20$ a day. I had it for four hours. To get one load and bring it to the dump. It’s the most I ever paid for a U-Haul. Any other time I got the biggest one that is 50$ a day to move a house with 6 rooms within 24 hours and paid less. I feel ripped off. I also got put back a half hour because they refused to use my card because they told me it was pre paid it doesn’t work even though I used the same card every other time I needed a u haul. Wouldn’t even try it just refused. I wasn’t being rude, but I was confused as to why I just couldn’t use my card, so I had to go get my dad to help wasting my time, and with the U-Haul that I only had a four hour window with. Not happy
Justin WAbsolute terrible experience. Please have a U-Haul rep reach out to me. I had a guaranteed reservation for a 6 x 12 trailer and it wasn’t available which caused a massive inconvenience in my day because we have to do multiple trips with a smaller trailer. Owner is an ass, doesn’t care, and lot looks like a junkyard.
