This was a weed head shop parking lot. I did not feel comfortable or safe at this location. I retuned the trailer that same evening to parking lot full of random homeless people. No safely and no security. The head shop/uhaul employee was kind, but had no knowledge of the trailer and what was needed to hook and secure the hitch points.

The staff at Level Up went out of their way for me. Truck had a flat tire. Uhaul did NOT have any other trucks conveniently available. The guys at Level Up got the tire changed for me. I was able to move my son to college. The truck was clean and ran well. Thank you
Alex RI was originally scheduled at a U-Haul location then the company moved me to and off site location in a bigger truck that was supposed to be at no charge for me since they changed it and when I was checking out I was charged for the larger truck and since I wasn’t at the U-Haul location it was difficult to even bring that up so I didn’t bring it up. I have a screenshot of the voicemail telling me it would be a 15’ for the same price of a 10’ and that did not happen when I got charged.

Linda MFirst off I rented an available truck at a closer location online. Then they said it wasn’t available there and I had to go to this new location across town. I rented this truck at the closer location for a reason to save mileage money and gas. Also, the place I was routed to was a marijuana growing facility and U-Haul place. Not sure those to things should be combined. People smoking weed in the store when I picked up truck, so weird. I was charged $23 for mileage and extra for gas all due to having to go across town. Bullshit
