I was never allowed to use my reservation with UHaul because Steve at Level Up Garden Supply used my credit card information for a stranger and committed fraud when someone that had a different driver’s license came in and my reservation was changed from Oct to suddenly September. And when I called to ask what happened he gave me the phone number of a UHaul that he was not affiliated with to get rid of me. If anyone is smart they will stay away from Steve at Level Up Garden Supply. Find a different UHaul. UHaul’s James the manager was kind and refunded my money but would not admit that Steve was a fraudulent thief whom UHaul cannot trust that mistreats customers who expect integrity, trust ,and decency. I ask for a free rental after all the trouble James would commit and left it to the manager he was filling in for, recompense is what is needed here. No one should have to go through identity theft of any description because integrity is someone else’s character flaw.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe App said the fuel was at several gallons, but it actually was literally on Empty. The clerk at the pickup said it was noted, but I got charged $16.72 and I dont know why that happened considering I returned it at the level it was received.
Jeffrey EThe pick up location overwelmingly smelled like skunk weed. Although it is legal in Illinois, I really don't want to walk around smelling like it. I would not pick up from this location again. The people working there were very nice though.
Chris DThe truck was on empty when I got it. The passenger side mirror is too close and would not stay in an extended position to be able to use it safely. Also, when I came to pick it up, the entire store smelled of marijuana and the person running. It was wearing a shirt that said “I make weed disappear, what’s your superpower?“
