The transmission in the truck is going out and the truck also had a very hard time shifting to park. Also the guy working the store was 35 min late so I couldn’t pick up the truck in time. And when I brought the truck back they tried to charge me double the rate of the truck, the insurance, and the dollies. And when I asked why, the man did not know why the system was charging me for 2 of everything. I asked to speak with the manager and he said the manager “had the day off” and could not get in touch with him and told me to call the customer service number tomorrow to ask about all the duplicate charges.

The night before my order was updated and they change the address to another location 20 mins away. Francis was really helpful, calm and even apologized for the last minute changes.

James FRight taillight did not work. One right side tire had cut into sidewall but we made it to the destination. Had to wait along with other customers to pickup trailer due to their being NO ONE at the rental office. Note was on door with number to call.
randy pGas was on E when I picked up the truck. Extremely low. The furniture pads I paid to rent were later discovered in the back of the truck next to mine upon drop off. So I never had any to use. I would like to request my money back for the furniture pads I didn’t receive. Other than that, everything was great. Thanks!!
