The staff member was very kind and friendly however he was not there for return ( I only had the truck for approx half the time planned) which prompted an annoying phone call from the Des Moines Iowa phone center to ask about the truck. The caller was quite rude. Which was exceptionally annoying during a move from a moving company whom should be trying to assist in a successful move as their service offersANGELA B.

The truck was garbage! Had an oil leak, power steering is going out, brakes are shot & it dog tracks to the driver side bad! They didn't put the dolly in the truck like I ordered either.Tamara B.

I rcvd a meesage from Uhaul telling me my pickup location and time had changed. The time was 2 hours later than I had originally scheduled. When I got to the new location, the y told me I could have come earlier, no problem. Other than that, a good experienceGEOFFREY L.
The location is fine, just a little hard to get to with traffic on tenth street. It was very handy for where we were going though. Employees were great, very helpful and friendly. HOWEVER, your mobile pick up portal is a DISASTER. it never worked for us, we waited on the phone for over 30 minutes and then were told we have to arrive before the pick up time or it would automatically cancel the process. WHAT? I would think an early arrival would cause more problems than a late arrival. what a waste of our time.STEVEN T.

The guy there was a real jerk. He wouldn't come outside and check the truck, the mileage or the gas out. He told us to contact uhaul about our deposit because he don't give it, and when we asked HIM to find out because it's the company HE works for he said he doesn't work for uhaul, he works for the car lot uhaul is affiliated with!Steven L.

Once again we tried to return to to the wilderness U-Haul place in Lincoln & he was an ass!!! Last time he told us he didn't take trucks just trailers so this time he wouldn't take a trailer either but he had a truck sitting there. When I asked him about it he smirked & gave me a smart answer. He's a pr....k!! Do not send anyone there!!!KAREN R.
The after hours drop off routine is just customer hostile garbage. Having to take a bunch of goddamn useless pictures at late hours of the morning is infuriating. UHaul needs to quit trying to save a nickel by fucking over their customers.Steve A.

This was a horrible experience and not the fault of the pickup location. It was the fault of corporate U-Haul. I had a reservation at a specific location by my house for a 15 foot truck. Not only did you guys end up sending me to a location all the way across town to get the truck, but then you changed me to a 26 foot truck. To cap all of this off. I didn't even get an email notifying me of these changes until well after I dropped off the truck later in the day at a town two hours away. Fantastic customer service!!!TRAVIS P.
The people at Liberty were great. They were the only nice thing about this experience. I was moved to three different locations within a week. Each time future from the location I needed to be. Whoever it was I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. I was never told I would have to pay over a dollar per mile and then I had to travel nearly 20 miles round trip to pickup a truck I ordered three blocks from my home. I would rate my experience as very poor, and will explore any and all alternatives before using uhaul again.MICHAEL WINNETT K.
