It was frustrating that uhaul site combined my account with my estranged husband even though I did not sign his storage unit contracts and he did not sign my uhaul contract. We should not be able to see what each other are doing. It is also frustrating how the scheduling manager is abrasive and unaccommodating about me not being allowed to use the Excelsior location I reserved. The Excelsior location warned me uhaul is rescheduling all their reservations for other locations. Very inconvenient for the city and surrounding area of Excelsior springs
