Was not sure really where I was supposed to drop this off as there was no signage anywhere the only reason I knew anything about maybe where do I dropped it off is the address there is no indication where to put my keys so I put them in the mailbox and parked in our parking lot have a copy and fax center. Again I had no idea that this would be a drop off point as it was not labeled or no signage about U-Haul returnsJason W.

Customer service was not friendly and not helpful. She was not willing to work with us in getting a truck. The 1-800 phone number said it was there, but the lady said she didn't have a truck. I was led to a third party which had two vehicles, one at 245000 miles. They were not well organized, I had to pick up keys in one building and then go down the street couple blocks to pick up car in another location very disorganized.VENKAT RAMANA R.
Make check in easier (even tho I had a reservation, I had to cancel and make a new reservation in person. Did not save me any time! Also, had no idea where or how to drop off the keys. Nothing was marked anywhere so I took them home with me and returned them the next morning. Very confusing and time consuming drop off.MAUREEN O.
Have more than one person at the counter to help customers. I scheduled a mobile pick-up of a 15' moving truck to avoid any confusion and speed along the transaction process. I ended up still having to go through the person at the counter because the information I provided in my reservation wasn't matching with the information on her computer even though I had my reservation number and all the things I needed to clear me for taking the truck. She withheld the keys from us for 45 minutes and canceled our reservation before we had to complete a new reservation three more times. Finally, we had enough and called U-Haul customer service, where the agent there said we were good to go and everything on his end said we could take the moving truck. After being delayed by a full hour from our initial reservation pick-up time, we took the keys and picked up our truck. Once we started driving, we noticed that the brakes barely worked on this vehicle, which was a major safety hazard. All in all, this location was a complete nightmare. I would never recommend anyone to visit this location and I will probably not be using U-Haul for anymore moving services in the future.Erica S.
