I asked for a 20 foot truck at 7am at one location near me and they sent me to another location in the next town over that didn’t open at the same time but at 9 am. The people who worked at the first location was rude and the people I called to set up the reservation failed to set me up for what I wanted and when I needed it. I was late for the people I scheduled with to help us move and the app wasn’t working. I had to log in every time getting on and it wasn’t a great experience. I tried to return the van through the app and it was completely locked out and we couldn’t return it. Luckily there were workers there then and they weren’t that helpful either. We ended up giving them the keys and they were reluctant to help because the app was down. This was a fail of management of there system and truck locations.
Cody HThe contract indicated there was 1/4 tank of gas in the truck I rented, even though there was just 1/8. (The low fuel light came on just a couple miles after I drove off the lot.) I don’t think the first thing I should have to do after renting a truck is get to a gas station and add fuel just to make it home!

Curtis WI don’t know why U-Haul contracts with these deadbeat used car lots. This is my second bad experience with picking up U-Haul at a used car lot. This one is nothing but a dirt lot with a trailer office that clearly is not a permanent business. My problem was that I need help getting the trailer on the ball, and when I asked for help, the only employee there said he just had surgery and could not lift anything, and then walked away. I managed it, but that is part of his job. If he cannot do his job, he should not be paid for it, nor should he accept work (ie trailer rentals) that he knows he cannot do. Truck rentals are different so if you continue using this location, perhaps only send him truck rentals, and not trailers.

Shane TI was supposed to have keyless remote pick up, but it was not set up by the location. I was fortunate that when I arrived there was someone on property even though they weren’t open, and he was able to get me the keys. They worked to correct the issue, just wish it could’ve been a smoother process in the beginning.
Laura GI had a reservation for 10:00 AM. I sat and waited to get any help for 45 min. The guy who helped me had no idea what he was doing. It was as if he had no training on it at all.
Chad PPerson in charge isn’t knowledgeable at all. I couldn’t open my car door once my vehicle was parked on the auto transport. He didn’t know that the wheel wells fold down folded down-neither did I. I had to climb outta window after. And travel with my car window down the entire trip! Ridiculous!

Michael MIt rained while driving & the enclosed trailer was supposed to keep my belongings dry. However, the seal in the door must be compromised because a lot of my items including electronics were soaking wet.
megan kWe had the truck for 10 hours but was charged for an extra day. We were charged for 126 miles. There is NO WAY we went that far. People make sure you take a picture of the odometer when you get in the truck & when you turn the truck back in. Take pictures of all sides of the truck before & after. Never had an issue with uhaul but will never use this location again
Jacob BIt seems to me that they returned my equipment 1 minute after the 24 hour mark so that I paid for a second day. I would NEVER give them my business again!!!

Terry WThis was the second location I was sent to for trailer drop off. The first location that I was informed I must go to, was full. There was no one there to speak to. I had to call to get the information that location could not receive any trailers. The second location was fine.

She then again told me to go sit in her trailer. I told her I did not have to do it. I said I am comfortable out here all she had to say was you are welcome to go sit in there if you would like, but no, she was demanding
RAYMOND HOnly problem i had was the strapped on the car hauler was the straps kept coming loose .
MICHAEL BLifetime Auto stepped in since the original pickup location Westside auto left the truck locked up in their yard. Could not access it at all. Lifetime Auto was very helpful and a much better pickup location. Westside Auto should have their franchise revoked.
JOSEPH BI have rented UHaul trucks in many locations and this was by far my best experience. Clean and clear. Very fast check in and out. Highly recommend.
