Everyone was very pleasant, and the place was well organized, and it was easy to pick up and get gone and then return.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I went to the work of booking ahead, having uhaul change locations to a town 20 miles away the night before the move was totally unacceptable. They didn't even offer to take some of the mileage off for the extra distance,.
MaryJane LWe asked for a trailer on short notice then had to cancel just after and order a trailer for the next day. Nonetheless, everyone we worked with from regional/corporate scheduling to the U-haul sites, everyone was cordial, efficient, and helpful. And—small thing—but I really liked the spring-coiled safety cables (the coils automatically taking up slack) as opposed to safety chains.
WARREN HThe person I interacted with was annoyed that I came back and requested my appliance dolly.
Cora RThe Lifetime Auto location is AMAZING!! They always have the equipment I need and they are kind and friendly. Highly recommend them.
