GARY S.VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE. Truck engine made a horrible racket when we first started. The "check engine" light was on the entire time we had it. The racket inside the cab was deafening. Unable to listen to any music due to noise. Truck was overall a piece of junk with no precheck on it's conditioning. But the service people at (918)295-5700 were wonderful.

John D.The low rating is not a reflection of the building or it's employees but of the app system with uhaul. Due to inclement weather, my husband was late picking up the truck. The app did not specify we had to be there within 30 minutes. After an hour of trying to figure out what was wrong we called uhaul. The customer service personnel reset the time. After that, we eneded up calling again about the same issue. The app wouldn't register and allow us to check out the truck for another HOUR. It was atrocious. The app needs a lot of work.

JOHN H.I ordered 6 dozen furniture pads as well as a truck and trailer for a 600 mile move. Was told the day of pickup they only had 1 dozen pads and I should just get over it. Found out on the road Sunday morning we had no brake lights and no blinkers on the trailer. VERY Disappointed and very dangerous!!!

KATHY K.Improve your god damn online pickup and drop off program. I tried to pick up a truck that was supposed to be reserved . After an hour of wasted time I had to go 20 miles out of my way to rent a truck. Then when I called to extend my rental time cause i ended up having to get help to unload it you people charged me for a completely new rental instead of simply charging me for another day and Im still mad ss hell over that. The gal I spoke to said I would be compensated for the extra 20 miles I had to drive to get the truck and then it didnt happen.

The gentleman told me he was retired and does the online check ins so he doesn't have to answer questions anymore. He said it must be easy because no one has ever complained but was not sure how it worked. He said if there was any trouble to call the hotline. One the day of pickup I had a bit of trouble getting a phone signal making the process take longer than it should have but it all worked out

Kent F.EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE ROUTINE SAFETY CHECKED. TRUCKS : CHECK THE OIL AND BE SURE ALL LIGHTS WORK AND CHECK TIRE PRESSURES AND LOOK FOR NAILS IN TIRES TRAILERS: BE SURE LIGHTING ALL WORKS AND CHECK TIRE PRESSURES AND CHECK FOR NAILS IN TIRES.

DAVID T.I was supposed to drop off in Berryville. Was told they were full and had to take to Lil Bear. Wasted almost 2 hours. Now I am being billed $20 for cleaning. there was nothing in the cab or box left. I want a refund to my credit card of $21.40. Please advise when this will be accomplished.
