Uhaul company . YOU probably don't even know how lucky yall are to have the 2 ladies working for you at the Berryville location. The first one I spoke to Nikki. I contacted her informed her that I was running way behind the time I thought I'd be there. She said no problem just let me know when you think you'll be here and I'll try to stay for ya. About 5 mins later I get a call from a man saying he's the Regional manager. Letting me know I had missed my pickup time and that the pick up place closed at 4:30 and no one would be there. To make sure the tow Dolly was correctly attached and that rhe signal lights worked properly and to collect the rental fee. And asked if I'd like to reschedule another pick up time for the next day I replied sure put me down for whatever time The BerryVille store opens ... I keep driving the 2&1/2 hours I had left of my trip. A little while Nikki calls asking when did I thing I'd get there. I explained what the ( R.M. ) had told me. And had planned on waiting until the next morning. NIKKI Said she was already staying late doing computer work. And if it wasn't going to be really late then she would wait ad long as she could for me told her If things go smoothly unloading my 29foot WildWood ( by ForestRiver RV . I should be there around 5:30 or 6ish. As my luck goes unloading my rv was not wanting to release from the tow ball. And I felt bad having someone waiting on me after regular work hours..anyways afterstruggling and a spritz of olive oil cooking spray got the hitch free . But still not quite sure where to set up my camper. I decided to just drop it get the tow dolly so NikkI could go home for the day. The time was around 7:45 8:00pm she went way above and beyond her duties to help me out. Then the othe woman ( I forget her name ) .... ( I'm so sorry that I am having a brain fart) with her name. When it was time to return the 16ft box truck. The guy In the.maumlle office was reading off the drop off locations close to where I was headed. Which one of those locations was Ace Hardware in Eureka Springs. I told him that.should be an easy find for someone that is just moving there. So drop the truck off in the ace parking lot. Look for a drop box for the keys. Don't see one so I take it with me but leave the truck locked up. Planned on bringing to key back in the next morning . Looking on the rental paper work for the address of the ace store where I left the truck. But there wasn't an address listed . And the contact number to call when ready to turn the truck in. Wasn't even a Uhaul number it was to a medicaid assistance number. So no help. I text Nikki asking her for help. Get a call a few minutes late from the ( R.M.) Cameron. I think. Anyways he informs me that there isn't a drop-off at Ace. So I ask where to turn the truck in once I get back to where I had left it..he told me I could just drop it at anywhere that had uhauls from rent anyone could take truck and check it in. So I take it the 11.0 miles from Eureka Springs to Berryille turn it in. Then the woman Asks if I have someone coming to pick me up. I tell her I had just moved here and only knew 2 people and they were both working and didn't get off till 2:00pm it was 9:15. Am. I said my only option was to start walking. She said that it's a 10 mile distance I was like yeah i know but didn't have another choice. She told me that she could take me half way and drop me off. Which she did . She didn't have to. But she also didn't want me to have to walk 10 miles if she could help even if she couldn't take me to full distance. Every little bit she could would help me out tremendously. She took me to a place called ( A CUP Of LOVE ) A church/soup kitchen. And food pantry all in one. Then Friday afternoon I stop in to say thank to thank her again for being so kind and going out of her way to me at least 1/2 of distance back to my car. Then I started asking questions. About possible Job oppertunities. She gave me names and numbers and addresses. It was awesome talking with her learning a little bit about the town some and what there may be to get a place to start good job..she didn't have to do any of that what so ever. And I'm truly grateful for both of those lovely ladies that tou have working for you .. I sure hope Uhaul takes care of them like they have me. Thank you thank you thank you . The 2 of them reminded me that there are still kind people willing to help someone out . Without expecting or asking to be repaid for their efforts. Simply out of the kindness and willingness in their hearts. Thanks again Sincerely ...

JON CWe did not get the $25 discount for having swept the unit out prior to returning it. So that’s a little bit misleading. My husband made a point of getting up and going out to do that before we returned the unit at 8 am
