Hidden charges for "excess milage" when the van was only driven to exact locations listed in purchase and charge for late return when website stated 5pm return time. I understand this is not the return locations issue but return agent was unhelpful in addressing these charges. I will not be doing business with uhaul in the future. I hope the extra 80$ in Hidden fees makes up for that
