Location was not open at the time we were told to drop the truck off. Once they did open I received an email saying I was charged an additional $25 for cleaning. No one no where ever said anything to me about a $25 cleaning fee at any of my many times of speaking to representatives of the company. I personally made sure that truck was cleaned before it was returned. If there was an issue with cleaning, I should have been contracted to do it myself rather than being charged without my knowledge or approval!! I have inquired about this also but have not received any answers or explanations about this cleaning fee.TONYALATISHA W.
