The self check in system is flawed. It made the whole experience an absolute headache. After being denied my truck through the service I had to wait for the location to open making me late and very frustrated. I've never had a problem with it before. Then in the mix of the lovely lady at the counter, she ended up giving me the wrong truck slowing me down further

James LaroneThis location was struggling with the rental software on their in-store computer as well as their cell phones. Transaction did not go smoothly. When I dropped the trailer off, I was not asked what form of payment I had used to pay for the rental and ended up leaving without the deposit being transferred back onto my debit card. I was 15 minutes away when I received a phone call asking me to return to the store to have the deposit put back onto my debit card.
Eric MuldersThe U-Haul system its self was terrible- multiple attempts to process. In 2024 you’d think the electronic processing would be seamless since i did 99% online when reserving the truck.

Kim CampbellI can't think of any thing at this time. Everything went smooth. I was a little worried about the after hours drop off was going to be a little harder to do , but it wasn't. I just don't like surprises after the fact without talking to people.

Matt JohnstonDon’t put digital requirements into practice until the problems have been sorted out. You shouldn’t have to have an advanced degree in astrophysics to get a reservation. Even the staff have trouble negotiating the process.. I am not reassured by hearing “I need another phone.” as a response to getting through making a reservation.

Drop off eas worse - the app never returned from trying to find my location - at least it could find me at checkout. I completed the drop off uzing the customer service chat line. Next time I would adjust my timing so I could checkout with the staff rather than the app.

Zachary SmithI think you need to change the website to reflect the actual size of the motorcycle hauler. It’s deceiving. The measurements listed on your website state a 7’8” x 3’9.5” . It is a 4’ x 9’ trailer and I believe it is an 8’ 8” interior area not counting the wheel chock.

Braley SmithThe floor of the cabin in the truck was very dirty. I reported this on the self-pickup page. When I dropped the truck off and noted that the cabin was not cleaned, I was charged $25 for cleaning. There was no place on the check out to identify that it was dirty before I used the truck.
