I am fighting stage 4 breast cancer and was not given the opportunity to catch up to my past due balance due me being sick. I fell behind on my payments and explained it to them. They instead was rude to me and my unit was sold at auction with all my belongings. I am heartbroken right now. I would suggest they learn how to treat customers in the future.

I requested a moving van, but was given a larger moving truck. They are the same price on the website, so this wasn't a deal. The van gets better fuel economy per the UHaul website (18mpg vs. 12 mpg for the truck). I was offered nothing for the inconvenience and additional fuel charge I had to pay. I needed the van for my move, not a truck. Additionally, the truck pulled to the left and appears to need an alignment, the steering wheel was not straight while driving in a straight line. I understand people don't return vehicles on time, but that should not be my problem. I should have cancelled my order and gone with another company.

I was impressed with the service at this uhaul site. The staff was very friendly and very competent. I have used another uhaul site in the vicinity in the past. However, after this experience, I will be using this site in the future.

If I need to do this again, I'm going to schedule it around the hours the office is open. The app was acting up and made a lot of the parts of the transaction that SHOULD have been seamless a giant pain in by backside.

The team at the Livonia, Michigan Budget Storage location are the BEST!!! They are friendly, helpful and welcoming! They have all the supplies needed to make moving easy. The truck was great and easy to drive. Thanks U-Haul! We'll be back again soon. Happy in Michigan!

Our experience with this storage facility was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, and they even took the time to give us a tour. The facility itself was very clean, well-kept, well-lit, and even smelled clean, which we truly appreciated. Making payments online through our bank was easy and convenient, and everything went smoothly throughout our time there. If we ever need storage again, we would definitely choose this same location without hesitation.

I was rented a car dolly. Both the ratchet straps broke halfway through my trip from Detroit to Indianapolis. If I had not been checking them at regular pitstops, I would have lost my car and possibly killed someone or multiple people. You need to more frequently check the quality of your equipment before sending it out on the road. That would have been catastrophic and life damaging for so many people.

Highly recommend this storage facility. Everything is indoors and you just pull into the loading area, with the access code, so you don’t have to worry about inclement weather. You have access beyond office hours, too. We had to have temporary storage while looking for a house and when we moved, our things weren’t covered with dust or dirt that you might find with an outdoor facility. Will recommend to everyone who needs a storage unit.

Wonderful Storage 🥰 that should have been their name 😇 My experience was amazing from- watching the storage building being built to moving in a brand new unit. Awesome size, space, lighting, parking and indoor units. When I moved out of the unit my things where as I dropped of NO DUSTY DIRTY OR BUGS 🥰😇

The staff was very friendly and was even kind enough to offer me a bigger space than what I reserved online. You also have pretty much everything at the front desk such as locks, mattress covers, etc. The place is neat & tidy, secure, and temperature controlled. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good storage unit.
