Beverly LWe arrived for dropoff 15 minutes after closing on the day of rental, so had to use the app for the return process. My contract stated that I had until 10 AM the next morning to return the truck. The sign on the box said there would be an extra fee if I didn't use the app. I tried, but my location on my phone could not be found. I don't know why because I had been using my GPS with no problem. I selected the option of "having trouble with location" and was then directed to park the truck, lock it, then put the keys in the lockbox. Having to use the app made me a bit nervous, since I was trying to follow all the rules and avoid any extra fees.

James SThe Truck had a flat tire on the rear driver side inner tire. It also has engine lights on and needs a alignment the steering wheel is off center. Other than that the team in the Livonia location has a very clean and nice interior and very professional.

IGOR KHighly recommend this storage facility. Everything is indoors and you just pull into the loading area, with the access code, so you don’t have to worry about inclement weather. You have access beyond office hours, too. We had to have temporary storage while looking for a house and when we moved, our things weren’t covered with dust or dirt that you might find with an outdoor facility. Will recommend to everyone who needs a storage unit.
Mark M | Overall ExperienceAgain, the UHaul DBMS tried to charge me $400 extra, showing the beginning mileage from the previous renter…on the UHaul screens. Another way for “ extra revenue”, I guess…for unexpecting customers. Agents were completely confused as to why the initial mileage in app didn’t match my contract. They had to call a manager, who told them how to override the error. Wasted 30 minutes. Had to rush to catch my flight. I pray to God there will be another competitor who can soon take away all of the one-way business from UHaul; I’ll be the first one to switch.

MICHAEL MExcellent customer service..the lady who checked us in and hooked us up was great and the guy who checked us out when we returned the trailer was also great. The 6x12 trailer was in terrific condition and towed smoothly. Prices very reasonable. Would highly recommend this location for U-Haul rentals.

Lila CTrailer needed to be swept out. Tail lights, turn signals, and brake lights were OK at pick up, but did not work from Livonia to Grand Rapids. Unsafe transfer of cargo!

David KCheck/inspect vehicle and tow dolly thoroughly. The driver’s side hood wasn’t latched and then the tow dolly rear light was out. Also, there was a small oil leak that leaked on our brand new driveway. No one showed me how to detached the dolly or go over how to properly load my vehicle. Figured that out my self.

Awesome size, space, lighting, parking and indoor units. When I moved out of the unit my things where as I dropped of NO DUSTY DIRTY OR BUGS 🥰😇

You also have pretty much everything at the front desk such as locks, mattress covers, etc. The place is neat & tidy, secure, and temperature controlled. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good storage unit.
