Morgan MI’ve rented U-Haul equipment from Lloyd’s for years and they have always been excellent. They are my go-to location whenever I need a rental. The check-in process is quick and easy, and the staff is always courteous and professional. They consistently ask the right questions to make sure I have the proper rental equipment for the job. Everyone works efficiently and does a great job keeping customers moving so there’s no unnecessary waiting. Thanks to the team at Lloyd’s for the consistently great service!

MIKE SThe service at the location was excellent. What is bothersome is that the documentation for inspecting the equipment, etc. was not sent to me before pickup. It was texted to me during pickup, and I wasn’t able to check meassages until later when I discovered this. The documentation was sent at 9:50 am, when I was at site picking up the trailer, andn I didn’t discover the message until 6:00 pm. That’s pretty bad.

ALLISON CNot happy with the pricing! We have used U-Haul services for 20 years at least 30 times or more. This move was an inconvenience due to relocation and having to move due to bad area and apartment we chose. The pricing was insane and the company for helpers tricked us with pricing. I called the night before we pick up our U-Haul and seemed like the lady didn’t care to lower my rate. I should only paid 50 plus gas and I paid $275 for a local move. I was not happy with pricing!!!

Jaden CThis location was good to drop off available 24 hours a day. The first recommendation by U-Haul was terrible absolutely terrible. They sent me that to the location which has nothing more than a street address. I contacted the individual by phone to find out if this was the right location, they didn’t want to fool with my drop off that U-Haul told me to take it to. I spent an hour trying to find a new location three different times on the phone with the U-Haul representatives. Was not satisfied at all with the support.

ELIZABETH TLloyds is the BEST location you guys have. They are ALWAYS great to deal with, fast and super friendly. WAY better than your corporate location a mile or two to the North on Rt 17 Markets street who are just to opposite....to be honest.

LESLIE GThis is a great u-haul place. Use it all the time for local needs or for drop off. They are very organized, friendly and helpful. Their equipment is always clean, neat and organized. Always have someone there to hook when picking up and unhook when dropping off. No wait, no guessing what to get or where to drop. I would give the 11 stars out of 10 possible, every time I’ve done business there.
