JAMES WBad service and very unpleasant help from the team member that help us hitching the trailer rental, his name was "Steve" a very elder gentleman with the wors attitude possible. He helps us check our turn signal/brake and hazards giths, he lied by saying everything works, so, halfway towards North Carolina border a crazy driver pointed a gun on us because the turn signal light didn't work on the trailer. well, "Steve" is not very thru full when it comes to business. if you want to have a good time traveling for whatever reason please stay away from this rental location.
