The U-Haul employee at the office told me that I could return the U-Haul trailer at my destination to any U-Haul dealer. This was incorrect; the nearest U-Haul dealer would not accept my trailer. I had to hitch it back up and drive to the more distant dealer. Such misinformation is frustrating and wastes a great deal of time.

Julie HLloyds is the best! Kind staff and super easy to pick up and drop off. The van I rented was almost brand new. I loved driving it around! This is the second time I’ve rented through them and both times have been awesome. They even called to let me know I left my cup on the counter when I was dropping off the keys.
