EDWARD STruck I rented had no heat. I would guess the heater core was leaking do to the windshield constantly fogging up to the point I could not see to drive.

Richard OThe truck could be a little cleaner. Your policy of guestimating the fuel is stupid. You should have full tanks and require renters to return full. Just like rental cars.

James PI was quoted for a one day rental for $135, extended another day for free (thank you), but then charged and additional $220 for mileage; not what was in the contract. When I called to ask, he said to call U-Haul.....
Christopher DSo my daughter and I went to the wrong UHaul business on Market in Wilmington. The gentleman said he could just move the reservation. They were so accommodating and professional. The equipment was in excellent condition. Yes I will use LLoyds in the future.
