It was not stated that the St. Hubert (Cousineau) depot was closed for another 2 weeks. Levelle Who aided us, did not pass that on or did not know! It was a little inconvenient to travel out to Knowlton, but we managed! Thank you and the return delivery was without a hitch!

App Customer journey is full of speed bumps. Filled forms twice or even 3 times with redundant information. Had to call 3 times to 2 different locations and they had different truck availabilities from what was mentionned online. Contract I received had different gas level then what was on the app, kind on confusing. I think you could review the entire booking process to make it flow more easily.

Sophie L.The truck was not cleaned off, it was snow covered and frozen, when we arrived at our location, the back door would not open it was frozen, luckily the people had a hammer we could use to break the ice. Also the gas tank was not full, so it was really hard to put the right amount of gas, and put more gas in it, and would not give us a discount.

Michel L.Truck could have been cleaner when picked up. had an issue when returning the truck.. the truck was returned in the same condition as picked up but the drop off location said it wasn't clean enough and charged me $25 for cleaning.. My view is if I am returning the truck in the same condition as picked up then I should not be charged a cleaning fee. this should be dealt with between the locations not put on the customer..

Luc N.This was not my chosen location. This location was 1h30 away from Montréal, where I was supposed to pick up the truck. They forced me the day before my move to agree to pick up the truck there, otherwise I wouldn't be able to move the next day(though I reserved at least a month ahead of time).They paid for the extra mileage of the truck and the gas but this costed 2 times half a day of work (my stepfather and I has we had to go pick it up during the day) plus the gas for the car to get the truck and come back. I used other companies for my previous moves and I'll resume that practice. I will not use UHaul again.
