Very worn tires, wrong type of trailer I had reserved a trailer for a motorcycle and it was a 4x9 open trailer. No floor tie-downs which made it difficult to install a motorcycle. The representative told me he had some when there were none. Very disappointed
ANDRE LThe employee arrived late and there was a queue of 7-8 people waiting outside. Serving one customer at the time is ridiculous. You should at least acknowledge customers waiting in queue, give them instructions, or something. The transaction at the counter takes for ever, this is so useless. I had time to book myself another vehicle at a competitor while I was waiting in queue. U-HAUL sucks and I will never use their service anymore + I will tell everyone who needs an advice.
Sylvain GI had the bad luck to arrive at 12:06, this place is closed for the lunch hour. I did not want to wait therefore i fugured out where to drop the trailer.,
