The service was great and when I needed to keep the trailer for an extra couple of days, it was easy to arrange. No issues at all.

Nous avons reçu le camion 2 heures en retard. (Location à 8ham, réception à 10ham). L'essence était au 1/3. Le camion n'avait pas d'air climatisé. J'ai été obligé de prendre un 15' parce qu'il n'avait pas de 10'. Le M. Au magasin de location nous as menti en disant que le camion était à 20 mins. Pour que finalement il nous dises avoir laissé un message à la personne sans aucune réponse de sa part. M. aucunement compatissant et/ou aidant pour nous aider avec d'autre potion. Je ne recommande pas U Haul et au prochain déménagement je vais faire affaire avec des déménageurs.

Jason MThe guy at the pickup location wasn't very helpful and quite nonchalant. There was a confusion about the drop off date and I tried clearing it up with him but he couldn't help me. I tried to call service center but was unable to talk to a representative because the line kept hanging up. I then called the drop off location and agreed with the representative to drop the trailer before 8pm without extra fees. Surprise surprise, I still received an email stating an extra day fee. Quite disappointing honestly. For a service that is supposedly easy for the customer this feels like a well run gimmick.
Emilie Leverything was fine except there was no heat or AC in the truck, i spoke to the rental company and he said hes been trying to get it fixed for moths yet uhaul keeps canceling the oppointment
