Got way overcharged than the original quoted price.. Clerk wasn't trying to help with the situation and could really tell he didn't care, now I have to waste time to call Uhaul to get a partial refund and wait weeks to get my money back onto ky credit card. Horrible experience will NEVER go there again..
Maverick CHaving available to rent ratchet straps when you rented a trailer should be mandatory. No help proposed to help to pin the trailer, another customer helped me.
