Providing a competent truck with no holes on the roof, and a better claims center that is available in the weekends. Happier people to work at the front desk to represent the company better wouldn’t hurt either.

The truck’s alignment was VERY bad, I had to hold the wheel at a 45 degree angle the entire trip to keep it from veering off the road. The windshield wipers were also terrible and did very little to remove water from the window.

Initial contractor was subpar.. closed & unavailable for communication with myself or U-Haul Worked with 2 other contractors and a U-Haul store. All were very helpful and professional in meeting immediate needs including 2 phone Convo with U-Haul rep. Thank you except first business.

Overall a positive experience. Check in was easy, staff was very helpful. Some minor issues with the truck, but I should have checked it out before I left the lot (AC and Radio were not working properly). Would not have been a huge deal, except I was driving 3-4 hours each way in 100 degree heat. The online reservation process is not the easiest and you have to go all the way through the prompts to find out the vehicle requested is not available at the original store. This makes you restart the process, allowing mistakes to be made. Again, this is a corporate issue, not the location. I will actually start using this location, rather than the one closer to me... due to the quality and helpfulness of the staff.

Your "reps" scammed me out a gallon of fuel and without looking at the gage, they sole money from me. I drove it less than 1o miles AND put 3 gallons of fuel in it. PATHETIC!!!

They could not help us with invoice adjustment. We were charged a one way drop when we did not reserve that? We reduced from 2 days to 1 day and they could not help us adjust bill.

The lady who was working this morning ignored me even though she saw me pull up and go in to office. I understand she was moving a truck around but would not come over. I had to go out there to tell her I left the key on desk. All to get a response I know, I saw you. Well thanks for acknowledging me!! That how I feel.

No confirmation call the day before pick up. I called 2 days prior and the female on the phone was very short and snippy. She informed me she didn’t have a truck there for me and didn’t know if there would be one to fulfill my reservation. I made this reservation 8 months ago so that is unacceptable.

The employee was on the phone and there wasn't another person to help me return my truck. The employee told me the U-Haul website had been down all day and to just leave the key. I tried telling her that the gas tank was above the mark in which it was given to me and there was no damage to the truck. She quickly said "That's fine'" and continued talking on the phone. I can only assume they were satisfied with the condition the truck. I know I did not go over the mileage and the gas was more than when I got the truck so, fingers crossed. I haven't heard anything else from U-Haul. I have only received a text asking when I would drop off the truck I had already dropped off.

Great customer service by the manager. She noticed that the reservation I'd made on-line didn't match my actual need for the 15' box truck, and was going to cost me much more than I needed to pay. She recalculated the reservation and saved me quite a bit of money.

I do not know how my location got changed from my original location. When I called you haul, they said it’s because I did not answer the phone to Rick serve the truck which is stupid because I asked for that location why would I wanna move it?

The app on-boarding experience is frustratingly complicated--particularly the additional documentation which I did not expect to have to provide. That could have easily been requested at the time of the reservation or one of the multiple phone calls that I had with Uhaul reps prior to the moment of pickup.

I do not believe I should have been charged for excess mileage. The whole trip was 70 miles, from the pickup location to my home in Willis, straight to the new home in College Station, then straight to the crop-off location. The truck was returned with 1/4 tank more gas than it had when I picked it up. I would like a refund on those excess charges.

My gripe is dropping off the truck. At my designated drop spot, I was told my drop spot changed to a different address. I was not notified of the change. Then was told I would be charged $250 for dropping at wrong location. Not happening. At this point I would have not had a ride back to get my vehicle. I dropped the truck off at 10:00 and the business didn’t open till 1. So I came back to drop the key off when I was told about the drop change. I never received an email, text or phone call about change. So if $250 is charged to me. I will sue Uhaul.

I regret not taking my own pics and only okaying their's. I spotted a past incurred body abnormal area while checking it in after hours but could not pull up their pics to make sure what I found showed in their pics. Not sure when u-haul's pics of the truck were taken. I suggest...TAKE YOU OWN PICS...especially in after hours pick/up & return (24/7).
