Beware of being overcharged!!! When reserving the UHaul truck online, I was quoted one price. When we picked up the truck, we confirmed the price. After dropping off the truck, we received an email and were charged $74.90 more than the quote. I have left 3 messages for the manager and NO RETURN call.Jeffry G.

I was to pick the truck up at 8:00 but there was a screw-up with the online rental pickup. Lady showed up at 9:30 and got me taken care of. She was nice. The truck was not cleaned (half-open bottle of water in it, cigarette butts on the floor, and someone's neck pillow behind the seat). However, the truck was in really bad shape. The driver's window seal is bad or the door is bent because when I drove the truck down the road, the truck window would whistle from the wind coming in it. When you drive down the highway it gets loud and hurts your ears. I actually had to were noise-canceling earbuds to tolerate the noise. I adjusted the mirrors but the passenger mirror moves when you drive because it raddles so much. both doors creak when you open them and the driver door handle came off when I went to shut the door but I was able to snap it back on. I had no issues with the people I dealt with just the truck itself.robert M.

Although instructions said to leave the Lock at the office, the office was closed and there was no location to leave the lock. However, we left it attached to the front door, door stop.Curtis M.

The young lady that waited on me was very unprofessional and had a very bad attitude. She is not a good window to Uhaul or Lock n Roll. Additionally, I was overcharged but I had no desire to deal with her further.Benjamin R.

We got there and said we want to turn in a one way truck what do we do? The lady said I just need your key. We thought she would go out with us and check or inspect the truck. I would recommend that. As far as we knew the truck was in the same shape as when we rented it.jesus J.

Truck had food trash in cab and engine fluids all needed added. cargo area was clean.WILLIAM N.
My scheduled return time was 12 noon. I arrived at 10:50 am and there was nobody there. I waited 15 minutes before I said Goodbye to the video camera and dropped my keys in the overnight slot. I came back at noon and the young woman was too busy to check me in even though I was the only customer. Later, I did receive an emailed receipt with no discrepancies.RICHARD H.

Be sure to provide information in the back of the truck with the keys on what to do with the lock that was on the truck. We had to return to the location to drop the lock off as we were not sure what to do with it.Michael J.

Personnel needs to be more knowledgeable of their location, there was a back street so if you miss the entrance instead of going all the way for the turn around off highway. Better communication when returning the vehicle, like "you can leave keys in the Dropbox" I didn't know that.Andrea P.

I spoke to a lady named Sharon in customer service. She was absolutely atrocious. She told me that I was a liar and talked to me like crap. Then when I asked to speak to someone else she told me that her boss was right there listening and that they wouldn't be helping me either. She accused me of behaving terribly, EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED THAT WE HAVE IT ALL ON VIDEO. I hope for your sake it is actually recorded for training purposes cause that should be the entire lesson plan on how NOT to treat a customer. The Primary instructor should be Sharon and her boss. After seeing the place we had to get this truck we started recording immediately. It shows plain as day me walking in and asking about my reservation location changing and then being verbally assaulted by an angry old man hurling curse words as I tried to ask questions. I could've went home and posted it to every social media platform out there but I didn't. I could've sent it to the local news in Louisville, but I didn't. My intent isn't to bring negative light onto your organization, it is simply to have a wrong righted.MICHAEL M.
