Easy, great customer service
Janie RI reserved a 15 foot truck. When I got there, they said that it was not running properly. But I was able to get a 10 foot truck. That resulted in me making multiple trips because of the smaller truck. However, they did not provide additional miles at no charge.
JOHN MGal helping us was super sweet and helpful. Location was easy to get to.
Michael GWhile the people that worked were very sweet, nothing was organized. I had ordered and paid for multiple dollys and furniture pads. They didn’t have any of the things I had originally ordered and I had to pivot.
