Nancy is rude! You cannot call the customer with an attitude assuming they didn’t return the vehicle. That’s just insane. However, Kimberly from a different location was nice and respectful. She was able to provide clarification and forward the situation to management. Local manager resolved issue. Overall, I was fine with the location and had no issues for the most part. I just don’t recommend Nancy calling customers and being rude for no reason. No attitude or disrespect was given from me therefore don’t give it to your customers.

I cannot answer as this location was closed when I dropped off my rental. I was told it would be open. Fortunately, I had the app on my phone and was able to complete the drop off process without too much trouble.
