Dropped off after hours on Saturday around 7pm on 8-1-26. Lots of parking spaces. But there was one person staying there. Still good experience.

Loree WOverall u-haul treated us kindly enabling us to rent a last minute truck. There was some trash in the cab, but no biggie. The pick up location service was great. We completed the move. There was a u-haul close to where we moved our stuff to so we turned in the truck there instead of where I picked it up. I was billed over $300 for not returning the truck to where I got it. I read the contract and saw the clause about returning it to where I got it. I don’t have a problem with that because it was there in black and white. That’s on me. I understand and there’s nothing I can do about that, but $318 wrong drop off fee in my opinion is way beyond excessive.
ricardo hI marked ‘No’ on the personnel because we dropped off our truck after hours as it was listed as a 24 hour drop off location. Please do not take that no as a negative review. We were grateful for the convenience.
