Michael LNothing to do with the location. When we booked we were told it was 329. But when we checked our bank they charged 422. We had the truck for 8 hrs.

Karen GI arrived at 12:55 and walked in the unlocked office and the young woman (college student, maybe) curly said "we're not open, please leave. Read the sign." The office hours were posted on the right half of the main entrance. One entering from the left and approaching the glass-enclosed office saw no visible hours posted, and again the office door was unlocked. hey, keep the door locked until opening time and post the hours.

Nathan RFix the App. Location services would not work, the scan code went to a broken link and also would not work. Spent 39 minutes on two calls to customer service that were both ended before i could speak to a love person. The pick-up and drop off were changed. Eventually I got through to a first-class customer service rep who got it all worked out. I will NEVER use the App or 24/7 pick-up again. Your IT Dept should know better than to deploy software that has not been thoroughly tested, shame on your management to allow them to get away with such shoddy workmanship. Judging by other comments this was not a one- off experience. You have competitors you can't afford to lose customers.

Very unintuitive to use, kept kicking me back to the home screen when I was trying to pick up the truck, and I could never understand what was happening when it was asking me for verification information and the agent gave me instructions that were impossible to follow. It took more than a half hour to be able to get the truck off the lot because of the app.
James HWhen I reserve a truck, HAVE IT! This was an awful experience through U-Haul! Changed the truck size, so now I have to make additional trips because not everything fit. You changed the location, which added miles to the trip. I had to use mobile pick up, which was a terrible experience and why I specifically asked to be at a location with people. You tried to change the time, but "mobile pickup" was available. Just a stressful experience that added to an extremely stressful move! You owe me an additional truck 10' so I can get the rest of my things!

WORSE and MOST DANGEROUS VEHICLE I have ever been in... the vehicle was sooo poorly maintained and if I wasn't moving for a job, I ABSOLUTELY would not hVe risked my life driving a 150mile journey, that should have taken me 2-1/2hrs, instead because I couldn't accelerate past 45mph, the drive took me 3-1/2hrs, with my son following with his hazards flashing. From a large company, AS A CONSUMER, I deserved better. My life and safety should be on some level of importance to you and not just $$$$$$!.

William BThe truck’s alignment was VERY bad, I had to hold the wheel at a 45 degree angle the entire trip to keep it from veering off the road. The windshield wipers were also terrible and did very little to remove water from the window.

Christie DOverall a positive experience. Check in was easy, staff was very helpful. Some minor issues with the truck, but I should have checked it out before I left the lot (AC and Radio were not working properly). Would not have been a huge deal, except I was driving 3-4 hours each way in 100 degree heat. The online reservation process is not the easiest and you have to go all the way through the prompts to find out the vehicle requested is not available at the original store. This makes you restart the process, allowing mistakes to be made. Again, this is a corporate issue, not the location. I will actually start using this location, rather than the one closer to me... due to the quality and helpfulness of the staff.
Charles LYour "reps" scammed me out a gallon of fuel and without looking at the gage, they sole money from me. I drove it less than 1o miles AND put 3 gallons of fuel in it. PATHETIC!!!
Jeff SThey could not help us with invoice adjustment. We were charged a one way drop when we did not reserve that? We reduced from 2 days to 1 day and they could not help us adjust bill.

I had to go out there to tell her I left the key on desk. All to get a response I know, I saw you. Well thanks for acknowledging me!! That how I feel.

Wayne HNo confirmation call the day before pick up. I called 2 days prior and the female on the phone was very short and snippy. She informed me she didn’t have a truck there for me and didn’t know if there would be one to fulfill my reservation. I made this reservation 8 months ago so that is unacceptable.
Patrick BThe employee was on the phone and there wasn't another person to help me return my truck. The employee told me the U-Haul website had been down all day and to just leave the key. I tried telling her that the gas tank was above the mark in which it was given to me and there was no damage to the truck. She quickly said "That's fine'" and continued talking on the phone. I can only assume they were satisfied with the condition the truck. I know I did not go over the mileage and the gas was more than when I got the truck so, fingers crossed. I haven't heard anything else from U-Haul. I have only received a text asking when I would drop off the truck I had already dropped off.
Claudia AGreat customers service. Their hours are different than other UHaul’s so pay attention to that.
