Carrie S.A little better signage would help - we drove past it the first time. Matt, who ran the place, was very helpful - kudos to him! It looks like your mobile/online check in and check out services could use some work. Your program basically got stuck because it couldn't determine my location, even though location services were working and were available. It offered no alternate methods to complete the process - very frustrating.

Melissa C.U-Haul customer service (and the website) stated that this location was a 24 hour drop off location, however I could not find a key box to leave the keys and had to call customer service for a solution. Also, there was no U-Haul sign visible on the premises and no equipment anywhere on the grounds. I was very worried about leaving the truck there, but the customer service rep on the phone walked me through the steps she wanted me to take. I am thankful for her help and the notes she placed on my account.
