They charge me more than what it said when I return the truck plus it didn’t had gas when I got it. Return it with more than half a trank

Truck had check engine light on so I returned it n called it in . Your people where rude and said I had to pay for insurance and 2 miles. He kept asking me the over n over why I didn’t see check engine light when I picked up . I thought that was uhaul job not mine very disappointed.

The girls in the office are amazing and very welcoming. The rental process was an ease and well explained. Every time I rent from this location their trucks are always clean well maintained. I’ll definitely be renting from this location again.

They did not accurately record the gas before renting and did not inspect the unit properly I was charged additional money for gas, good thing I took pictures prior to leaving the rental site and now I’m having to fight for my money back

I don’t think it’s fair that Uhaul doesn’t reimburse for over filling truck on route. I didn’t leave truck where I found it, but ended up filling up truck completely and still left some gas past the area where I found it.
