I wish I could give this place zero stars. Drop off location was a freaking nightmare. No weekend/after hours drop off was available, and the location was fenced and gated to prevent it, so I had to stay an extra night to drop off when they opened on Monday. Monday morning and out of 6 people working there, NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH. The place was nasty, crowded with broken down trucks under repair with only 1 U-Haul truck on the whole property. No one moved to tell me where to put the dolly so I had to get out of the truck and start asking people one by one. Finally one old guy looked at the contract that showed the drop off location, scratched his head and pointed to a overgrown area, littered with broken glass and old parts, and then walked away. No inspection, no check in, nothing. I had to disconnect the dolly and push it into the area by hand because there was no way I was backing my truck into that mess. Called the dealer I rented from and they laughed about it but assured me that someone who spoke English would eventually come by and get it check into the system. He said take pictures, just in case, and save the contract. Got a call from U-Haul days later wanting to know what happened to their tow dolly so it was never checked back in. Had to explain it all over again and offer to send the pictures. U-Haul needs to pull out of this location imho. The only reason I had this place as the drop off was the fact that the original rental was in person and I was told I'd get a significant discount to return to that specific location. I'd have rather paid the $60 and not have had to spend double that on an extra night in a hotel.
