Used car lot. No signage, no idea where to park truck.

-He was helpful in getting the online stuff done since it wasn't working on my phone. -he did add the $15 coverage without asking me. I never add any coverage. -i tried uploading rental truck photos to the checkout site but they wouldn't upload. I had all 4 photos added but then the site had an error and erased the photos. It took forever to add those 4 and after they were erased I could only get the rear photo to add. -uhauls servers/site were having major issues that day. The storage rental place was having issues, I was having issues on my phone, and the truck rental place was having issues. -it took well over an hour to get the truck rented and checked out due to these issues.

Rental equipment missing - the 1 way return location in Bedford Ohio charged me for it even after Uhaul refunded the rental fee the same day I picked it up because I called right away.

The owner of the auto shop was very nice and kind, the equipment was just so old and dirty looking. With graphiti and broken stuff. I was always concerned the engine would die almost the entire rental

I’m usually stressed about renting trucks, but Lo’s Auto Sales made it a smooth, easy, and stress-free process. Lo is friendly and provides great service. I’d definitely use this location again.
