Hi U-Haul Support Team, I am disputing the $63.25 fuel charge (12 GL) listed on my final receipt for Contract #81036025 (Equipment DC7938W), returned to the Los Auto Sales location. The initial dispatch paperwork incorrectly recorded a higher starting fuel level than what was actually in the vehicle. As clearly documented in my timestamped photo taken immediately at pick-up: Pick-up Photo (121,316 mi): The actual fuel level was exactly at 1/4 tank. Drop-off Photo (121,360 mi): Total trip was only 44 miles. To ensure I returned the vehicle with the correct fuel level, I added more than 8 gallons of fuel across two separate refueling stops before drop-off. Consequently, the gauge is visibly slightly above the 1/4 mark. Charging me for 12 gallons of fuel for a 44-mile trip, especially when I returned the vehicle with more fuel than was initially provided, is clearly an error. Please review the attached pick-up and drop-off dashboard photos alongside the receipt and issue a full refund of the $63.25 fuel charge (plus tax) back to my card ending in 1860. Thank you,

Adam S-He was helpful in getting the online stuff done since it wasn't working on my phone. -he did add the $15 coverage without asking me. I never add any coverage. -i tried uploading rental truck photos to the checkout site but they wouldn't upload. I had all 4 photos added but then the site had an error and erased the photos. It took forever to add those 4 and after they were erased I could only get the rear photo to add. -uhauls servers/site were having major issues that day. The storage rental place was having issues, I was having issues on my phone, and the truck rental place was having issues. -it took well over an hour to get the truck rented and checked out due to these issues.

Collin MRental equipment missing - the 1 way return location in Bedford Ohio charged me for it even after Uhaul refunded the rental fee the same day I picked it up because I called right away.
