This drop off location was a nightmare. There are no staff, the building is boarded up and it's in a ghetto. There were three other customers there at the same time as me; all on the phone to customer service trying to sort out their rentals which were clearly messed up. All of us left upset and with no resolution. It is hard to believe a company screwing up three customers at the exact same time, but it happened. In my case the Uhaul return app did not work. the buttons would not do anything in the website and it just stalled every time. Hopeless. I waited there for 20 minutes trying to call the local agent and work their app and then had to get back to work, so I dropped the trailer and left. I then spent 10 minutes on hold to get customer service who then told me i was liable if the trailer was stolen because I did not verify the drop with a human. She told me I had to go back and get the trailer and they would phone and give me a new drop off location. After some arguing she finally agreed to divert me to someone with the power to complete the return. I do NOT recommend their website app, their customer service line OR this location.Greg F.

I showed up at 8:55am for my 9am reservation, as I had movers showing up shortly after 9am at my house. I had registered for self pickup, as the business owner did not open until 10am. The self pickup was not working and would not give me my access code, so I called into customer service 3 times trying to get help until the woman on the phone gave me my password, which also was wrong and did not open the truck. Thankfully the business owner had been notified and showed up early, as numerous others were having issues with their rentals as well. Once she got through the padlock of the truck that I had reserved, the keys were not in it, as the keys that were stored in this truck actually belonged to another truck that another couple had just driven away in. This led to numerous phone calls trying to find out where the keys to the other trucks were, as they were not in the designated lock box. Once she was able to find keys, the trucks mileage logs were not correct, nor did she know which trucks were available and which were missing. All in all, it was nearly 10:30am before I finally had a truck and was on my way. This whole situation was completely unacceptable. Moving is already an extremely frustrating situation in itself, I did not expect to have to deal with such an ordeal just picking up the truck that I had rented over a week in advance. This pushed back my moving timeframe and ended being a major rush and inconvenience for all involved.Brett R.

Easy on-line check-in process. It was only a matter of minutes to complete the check in upon arrival. Staff loaded the trailer onto the hitch for me and ensured the wiring was functional. The trailer was easy to tow and functioned as expected. Self return on-line process makes for a very swift return.Freddy B.

-Make sure the truck I reserved is the truck I get -maybe somebody could work on site -clean old COVID masks out of trucks -clean garbage out of cab of truck and in the back -clean/sanitize at least the steering wheel. Truck was absolutely disgusting. Mud everywhere, mould on seat belts. Yes MOULD! Im so disappointed with the whole experience. We had to do multiple trips due to the fact that I didn't get the truck I reserved because there was nobody on site to help. I had to find a truck by walking around a mud pit of a parking lot and then deal with a crappy lock to open the back of the truck to get a key. Just a joke of a system. It's not even a system. I had trouble with my online booking before day of rental, I had trouble using the online tools when I picked up the vehicle, and I had a spot of trouble with the online tools when I dropped the vehicle off. The intended interface was fine, there was just some technical errors that I had to phone your toll free line multiple times to fix. I would say your online interface needs to have some kinks worked out of it before it is truly a replacement for brick and mortar locations staffed by real people that can help you in person. I indicated in my initial rental requisition form that I wanted to rent a dolly and a few moving blankets/pads, but they were not in the truck when I picked it up. However, I did not get charged for these items either, so not a huge deal. However, I was lucky I did not need the dolly, because if I did, I would've been shit out of luck as there were no staff for me to ask. Truck was clean and worked well. Everything went swimmingly well once we had the vehicle.Bob S.

The location was not a issue beyond a dirty truck which was not the locations fault rather the transient individuals useing the truck to shoot up. Uhaul itself needs to work on being reliable and actually following through with what they offer. My booking was changed twice due to errors on uhauls behalf 2 days befor I was moving. Uhaul also stated I had 24hours with the truck I rented only to find out at pick up I only had 7.5 from 430pm to midnight which obviously did not work for us for multiple reasons. Thankfully the owner of louise leather shop was able to work some magic to let us keep it the full 24hours I was promised. Uhaul really needs to work on that as its frustrating and unfair. I'd recommend the location no problem but at this time would not recommend uhaul to anyoneMatthew L.

Drop off Location is in a very undesirable area. Was very intimidated by the clientele around my vehicle while trying to do self checkout. Was not able to do checkout on my phone...spent 20 to 30 minutes trying to sort this out. Finally called Uhaul and was on hold another 15 minutes. Very frustrated with the drop off.Sharon A.

The customer service was amazing the truck however stunk it needs a good clean the only reason id rent from this location again is because of the people that handle the u haul where amazing great customer service was very impressed with Lou's leather shop from where I picked up the uhaul ??Melissa H.
