The operator of the Bay Springs location was nice. The equipment was fine. My gripe is about the telephone NO HELP I received. I got the truck to do a five-mile move. Bay Springs is 40 miles from my home. I understand having to pick up the trailer from Bay Springs - it was the only place that had one. I DO NOT understand your phone operator's insistence that I had to return it back to Bay Springs when there is a UHaul three miles from where I finished the job. The Bay Springs operator said he had no other reservations for the trailer, and it made sense to return it the way I wanted. Bot your "customer service" would not allow that. So, after a hard, hot day of moving larger furniture, I had to make an 80-mile round trip to take a empty trailer back to a location that didn't need it. Lesson learned: I'll not use your online reservation system any more. I'll call up beforehand and make sure there's not an idiot on the other end before I pay.
