Took me 1.5 hrs for them to get the paper work done. And I was the only one in the store. Was ridiculous would have left if I didn’t need to the car moved that day. Didn’t get money off or any type of refund

Wanted to charge 25 dollars to remove a 10" square of sand from the box trailer had my wife { 69 yrs.old} mop so we would be charged Place very hard to find and went slightly over because the first site was changed from 3 mile from drop point to 15 miles away, also needs a u-hall sign drove by, pitiful place. Tried to explain the problems with truck, person said not his business U- Hall problem. This place is awful for a business that deals with people. I am posting this to my timeline

Building looked very poorly maintained and unsafe. Truck was VERY dirty and drove horribly. There is no way this location maintains the equipment. This shouldn’t be a U-Haul location.

It sucked. The agent tried to give me a car hauler when i scheduled a 5x9 cargo. Then had to call her boss to fix everthing. The time to get the trailer took way to long.

I had two wait 2 hrs to get vehicle since the clerk did not know how to use the computer system. This was a convenient store and did not have a printer to provide me a receipt of what they charged me or somethi g that a company normally does. She had to wait for her mom to come from another place to come ans assist her. I don't thing the store is prepare to provide this type of service. I have rented Uhaul trucks in the past and never had issues. Thanks

This location didn't know what they were doing. I used express check-in on my phone and I thought everything was done. However, the person working must have not done their part to check me in because I never got a contract and there was no proof that I had even rented the trailer, which cause tremendous problems when I went to drop off the trailer at my ending location. All of this could have been solved if the person working was properly trained on how to operate the UHaul check-in process.

Clean out floorboards as they had mud and trash from last move. The passenger side was clean and so was the cargo area. I understand I am supposed to receive a 50.00 credit feom uhaul if I didnt receive a call the day before my pick up to go over my order. I never received this call. I was also to,d(via text) i woukd receive a call from uhaul to go over my final bill. I did not receive this call either. I still dont know whqt the final charges are and i turned truck in last night. I did receive a billing statement from uhaul via email that shows zero (p) charges charged to me. I would be happy to accept this however I dont think thia is correct. Coukd I please get a receipt/billing showing my actual charges. Lastly how do I go about receiving my 50.00 credit for the “no call” the night before that I was ssupposed to receive? Otherwise everything else was fine. The movers I hired through uhaul were very good. In fact, I paid for 3 hors and they finished in 1 hour. Is there a reffund of the maount not used (109.59/ hour)? Please let me know. It seems I shouldnt have to pay for 2 unused hours but need hour confirmation please, Thanks you! Bill Howard

This location is terrible for UHAUL pickup. I had to wait 45 min to get mine and the trailer looked 100 years old. It did the job but was not convenient and was very time consuming. Stanley automotive was my preferred location.

Nothing that would help other than need more pick up trucks to be spread out and around. I was going to rent a pick up and was told I would have to drive 28 miles to get it and that is just too much. By time I would have picked up truck used it and drove it back mileage alone would have been--Well over $100 dollars. I picked uhaul because of location but will look and plan a little better next time before I decide to rent because I could have gotten same truck size from budget rentals another company only paying a little over half the cost.

You did not have the size trailer we needed so we had to rent a larger one. We needed it for ONLY one day and we’re forced to pay a two day rental fee even though we returned it in less than 24 hours. I would like to have one day of the rental fee returned to us.

Had no clue about the rental system and didn’t care I was overcharged. Useless people. What you can do to improve? Charge only for days rented don’t say charge will be $136 then charge $179! Charging people for services no tendered is seriously unethical!

I pre-checked in to save time at pick up like you said. He said I had to do all over. Said he wanted to train brand new worker how to do it. Then he said, I've never seen it look like this before. Every question a major issue. Then had to unplug something to plug in the CC card reader. OH oh, unplugged the wrong thing. We'll have to redo this. Could not print out receipt. Took 55 minutes to get truck. When dropping off, had wife pumping gas while I watched gauge to have her stop at 3/4 tank. Store worker could not wait for me to come inside. Asking all these questions as I'm trying to watch the fuel gauge. Then once she gets answers & mileage she asks, was the truck parked here at the pump when you picked it up? I said no, 30 ft over there, pointing. She said forget the millage, I need it after you move it . I looked down at the fuel gauge & it was at full. We were pissed. She said, Oh, sorry, nothing I can do about it! When we go inside, she asks me the same questions again & says, It comes to $190. Wrong! She asked why I did not rent for 24 hours. I did. All on my Pre-check in. She says the new girl changed it to a 6 hour rental and that made me very late. Still could not print me a receipt. An hour & a half to pick up & drop off a truck & there was no one in front of me that I had to wait on. Horrible experience. What are you going to do about this? Hire someone that know how to rent out and return a rental truck! I was told incorrect information when renting this truck! I was told I was getting a one way rental that I could drop off anywhere. I get to the Sharon Rd West location after putting gas in it just to be told I couldn't drop it off there! I asked the girl multiple times if she was sure that I could drop off at any location and she told me yes!!

So first off I didn't get my truck at the location I had originally set for pickup. No one called me or told me. I even signed in online to "save time". My location was supposed to be Sure Safe in Denver, NC according to my paperwork. When I get there they act like it wasn't there problem and to call uhaul. So I did and they sent me to a " food mart".I get to this "food mart" and the guy tells me well it will be a while cause I don't know his computer system well. It took 45 minutes for him to get me the truck I had pre registered for online. Then he just hands me the keys without saying anything else. Like I'm supposed to know which truck it was. But I figured it out. Figured he would come look over the truck with me but he seemed to care less. On top of that my appliance dolly wasn't in the truck. So it takes him another ten minutes to find it. It was a miserable experience. Truck has trash in it from previous driver and windshield was so dusty, pollinated that I could barely see out of it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! To top it all of it ended up costing more money on mileage because this place was further away than original pick up location I had ordered truck to.

Its a gas station in the middle of nowhere. It was not where we were supposed to pick up the truck and they moved our pickup location with no warning, so no I'm not happy with Uhaul

Had to divert from one drop off location due to construction to this one. No issues, personnel was very helpful.

Customer service training, get all sources for hours of operation in sync (store clerk told me the store opened at 6am on Saturday and that I could pick up the truck at 7am, the sign on the store front says open at 8am and U-Haul customer service indicated the system showed the store opened at 9am. The store clerk didn't arrive until after 9:20am and had difficulties processing the reservation. I was first in line and it took 20 minutes to get the keys and get on the road. The truck they gave me had a trailer connected that I didn't need and had to disengage and push backwards in order to get the truck out. The whole experience was a nightmare.
