I dropped it off late at night, so I don't know. I was out of cellular range so I couldn't do the drop-off - maybe a location this far in the middle of nowhere isn't a great idea. They also charged me for missing equipment that was never actually given to me.Eric M.

Where to start? I reserved a 20 foot Uhaul over a month early and literally 8 minutes before I was supposed to pick up the Uhaul at the location less than 5 minutes from my house, I get a call saying they don't have my Uhaul and I have to driver 20 minutes to another town to get it. I called that location and the guy sounded like he had just woken up and could only tell me that he "thinks he has a truck that size." I wasn't about to drive all the way out there. There is a Uhaul place about 15 minutes from my old house so I went there first. They had a truck. The woman had to call the customer service number 3 times just to figure out how to complete my order. She never told me a total or had me sign anything. We drop our Uhaul off today and I realize I was charged $5 for 6 pads that I never received and also the place was giving us the 3rd degree about a scratch on the side of the Uhaul that was there when we picked it up. They sent me a receipt that said there was a claim for the scratch for over $400 and luckily I purchased insurance but I guarantee you that scratch was there when we picked it up but there was no way to prove it. It was an awful experience and you all really need to properly train you vendors over at Lucky 7 in Hayesville, NC because they have no idea what they are doing and you all owe me $5.Brittany R.
The location was great and the service was excellent. However I was not happy with uhaul itself. I was charged a hold that I was never told about and I was a fill up charge and the price of a fill up. When I got the truck it was almost empty. Very disappointed in paying $372 for this.Alicia C.

Location has no way of rent iij ng equipment. They failed because uhaul failed to provide training,Contracts, computer equipment. Having n.v g equipment on the lot means nothing if you can't rent it.Mark E.
