Rented the truck on the 4th, but was not billed until the 27th. Not quite sure what happened? Staff was very friendly.

Location does not dispatch or return equipment (or have you sign anything), they claim to be contact-less and everything is online (which is not). Only received assistance removing trailer after waiting for an hour and complaining because I had an injury that prevented me from doing it myself. Owner was really nice but doesn't make up for a poor experience.
The truck was dirty bugs all over wind shield splatter I reserved the truck for 9am I did not get truck until 10am really poor service from the store person they said they don't get uhaul trucks at that store just what they had .they said the truck was reserved for another person.Sent me to shoppers they said all the trucks were out sent me to main and superstition and that guy had none then uhaul called and said the truck at lucky Bobs was the one reserved for us. The place wasted an hour of our time as the place I was going said I had to be there by 9:30 I did not leave the store till 10:04 the lady had to call and tell work she would be in by 11:00am.

I will never ever rent from U-Haul again. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I was charged for fuel and should not have been. It took me over an hour at Lucky Bob's to even rent the truck. I have never rented a truck from anyone but U-Haul but I will never rent from U-Haul again.
Did the on line rental, when I got to the location, the keys were not at the truck. When I went in to the store, they claimed they do not know anything about the process. I set up the pick up at 10:00 am and did not get into the truck until almost 11:00am. I was told in order to return the vehicle, just drop off the keys at the store. I was not told to go on line and do the turn in process. When I needed help from tech support, they did not seem to know how to help me. The turn in took almost 1 hour and should have only been 20 minutes at most
This location is a drive through liquor store, only the manager knows how to do the rentals, and he wasnt there. He did my reservation all over for some reason, every person I talked to from 1-800-go-uhaul just pulled it up with my phone number. I hadnt paid online, just in case I had to cancel the reservation. But there was no way I was giving my card number to a guy who was talking to another guy on the phone. I called the uhaul number and we completed the payment that way. Then the Lucky Bobs employee gave me his phone, Isiah wanted to talk to me. I thought he was going to apologize for the confusion, look up the res, see it was now paid, and tell his guy to give me the keys. But no, he chewed me out for having him go through the whole online process, and then refuse to give him my card. He said I made him do a lot of extra work. I refused to talk to him anymore, gave the employee his cell phone back and called the 800 number AGAIN. They were nice, but were going to have to call Isiah directly, so I got put on hold for about 15 minutes while they got things straightened out. Finally after being there for about 40 minutes I was given the keys to the truck. The employee was fine, but Isaiah, the manager was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with, while I was the customer.
some articles at the back of the trailer got wet we are not sure if the water came in at the bottom or top of the door. when I went to pick up the trailer the girl behind the counter had to phone the u haul guy and he did the transaction over her cell phone. He was only 5 minutes away he could have come and do the contract in person.

Make sure the person who is supposed to handle the rentals is going to show up to work on time so customers don't wait around for 2 hours.
Very helpful. Great place.
Took awhile for the person to check me out, was not there originally. Is a liquor place. iPad did not work, so had to use cell phone.
