Good unit, as clean as can be expected. Ran and shifted well with no major odors or oil burn. Used online, gotta be patient but faster then waiting in line inside the store.

Nice people, but not great outcomes. We initially reserved a 15' truck, the contract was completed inside the convenience store and it wasn't until we were getting ready to leave that we realized that the cab of the truck smelled like so much "smoke", no one could drive it, plus all our furniture would've smelled like that. Next we asked to switch trucks, but the only way to change trucks would've been by cancelling the contract. Thankfully, the owner was able to step in and allow us to change to a 10' truck without the "smoke" issues. Also, he mentioned he would update the contract for the right truck size. Fast forward to the truck being returned and emailed receipt: Receipt shows 10' truck rental, but then shows the rental charge as if we had a 15' truck. Working with Customer Service now to get this all fixed.

Offer AARP discount like other rental companies. I was quoted one rate, but when I dropped it off, the total was different. When you make a quote to someone, please be 100% accurate!! I was offered a cheaper rate with Budget because the mileage was only .69 using my AARP rate.

They didn't allocate enough miles for my trip causing a slight overcharge. Did not give instructions for drop off.
