Nightmare from beginning to end. Man who was there had no respect for me and changed the return time to 5pm when I was supposed to have it for 24 hours.I was also supposed to get a furniture dolly and they didn't have any and SUGGESTED THAT I CHECK WITH HOME DEPOT TO SEE IF THEY HAVE A RENTAL! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MAN!

The location that we ordered the truck and trailer from sent us to another location, much further away to pick it up. Location was sketchy, no storefront, and the rep showed up in what looked like pajamas. We were unsure if it was a scam of some sort. The trailer had no lights. The manager at that location told us to call roadside assistance and have them come fix it (on their own time). We had to drive the unsafe trailer to our location where friends were waiting to help us load it, and have a mechanic friend find and repair the issue! No tie down straps for the vehicle we were trailering were provided. They told us to buy our own at an auto parts store. Very over priced as well. Won't use U Haul again.
Robert MFreakin' nightmare dropping off at this site. The place is a strip mall, and the office is a drug testing site. They have absolutely no signage. The only vestige / proof of U Haul was a single 4 x 8 trailer down an ally behind the strip mall that we stumbled upon by accident. Once we figured out the drug testing site / office had a U Haul rep, things went great. The gal was very helpful.
