Freakin' nightmare dropping off at this site. The place is a strip mall, and the office is a drug testing site. They have absolutely no signage. The only vestige / proof of U Haul was a single 4 x 8 trailer down an ally behind the strip mall that we stumbled upon by accident. Once we figured out the drug testing site / office had a U Haul rep, things went great. The gal was very helpful.
