My reservation was changed to this location. I asked specifically for a person-to-person checkout process, I was wholly ignored and forced to use the Uhaul app. Uhaul is continuely disappointing with each rental. I will opt for renting from a different company in the future if possible.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would recomend Lucky Raine. Not recomend th U-Haul location on Jewell & Garrison in CO. Not helpful. Nic was helpful at Lucky Raine
Cassie AReturn down the street at Garrison, if possible.
James KThe Place was fine but the trailer had major balancing issues and it bounced the whole way to MN. It was the worst drive and that trailer should not be sent out again until it is balanced.
Tracey CIt was not clear where to go to get the keys.
