When I first arrived , the staff at the location reported that they had already contaced uhaul to direct returns to another location because their limited parking space for returns was already too full. They sehow make space available to accept my return.ED AND PAM L.

Workers learn and be able to drive and move trucks so customers can hookup quickly without heavy delay.. I had to move two trucks twice Once at pickup and return to properly return trailer.. which i did very willing.. Staff couldnt remove that trailer, didnt know how to use the controls to remove. It took them over an hour, asking other customers if they knew how to remove it...an abjohn W.
The lot is not big enough, so I had to move another trailer to get to my rental. The UHaul representative was not on property for pickup or drop off, so I received zero assistance. I have rented many UHaul trucks and trailers and this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced!Marcella R.

Staff wants nothing to do with uhaul or willing to help In anyway and your made to call the owner home so she can process order and be careful because they try to increase pricing and add things that were declined and not on the original order. You have to locate and get equip.ent by yourself and hook e erything up alone. The car dolly I rented was back by the woods in the grass and blocked by cars and other equipment and I had to pull it to the parking lot alone without help around these obstacles and the dolly wasn't light and when I returned the dolly staff refused to help or even check the dolly I had to call owner again. Very poor establishment and process.Brian F.

There was no one at the store who could check out the UHaul and Had to talk to the person over the phone, she did not speak English very well and twice put the wrong return address in the computer - took a very long time to check out. No one came out to look over the vehicle with us and when we found damage to the sides of the vehicle we had to go in and get someone to come look, they did not make a note but I took pictures and email UHaul before with left to make sure it was noted.Cynthia H.

Trailer was missing wiring harness. Staff were not trained on equipment or able to directly manage reservation process. Was done via phone through a regional affiliate.Adam V.
I arrived for 24/7 ride share and apparently the site didn't know how to use this method for check-in. Because they were closed and hadn't set the vehicle up for online check-in, I was unable to pick up my vehicle and had to return the next day. This blunder costed me 3 hours of driving and gas.
